The Banco Villa foundry deals with both the melting of production batches and that of metal waste materials resulting from the processing of precious alloys, used goldsmiths or silverware, used crucibles or platinum laboratory materials and dental processing residues.
The melting of production batches starts from pure raw materials from suppliers qualified not only for the quality of the raw materials but also for the source of origin.
The production batches meet the needs of controlled traceability with a process designed to guarantee traceability to the raw materials of origin in order to guarantee them to the final consumer.
We use the most modern techniques for the casting of metals and we specialise in the casting of special alloys (platinum and platinum group) which also include multiple elements to be homogenised and controlled, as for example in alloys for dental use.
In fact, alarge part of our internal production of semi-finished products results from the use of very pure raw precious metals recovered from the regeneration of used products containing precious metals, a factor that emphasises the sustainability and respect for the environment pursued by Banco Villa.
Our processes are performed with complete transparency and customers who wish to do so are issued a sample taken from the ingot obtained after melting the scrap they have given for their eventual control of the content.
The sample taken is sent to the internal analysis laboratory of 8853 SPA and, once the analysis has been performed, the liquidation proposal is communicated to the customer, then the precious metal contained is physically returned, or loaded into the account in grams of precious metal that Banco Villa holds on behalf of the customer, without any charge for management costs and with any insurance coverage.
The customer can then decide whether to collect the raw precious raw material or transform it into products, or convert it into money at market prices.
