UltraFEP (?), the FEP that is not an FEP.
Thanks to 3D Business UltraFEP (?) technology, printing will never be the same again. How can an element as simple as a plastic film make all this difference? The FEP is a very thin polymeric film, approximately 100 microns, which has the task of retaining the liquid resin inside the tray and above all must guarantee good detachment of the cured resin in the polymerisation phase during printing.
UltraFEP (?) does all this at a level never achieved before. Thanks to the UltraFEP(?) tanks, you can have very detailed, more accurate prints in much less time. In addition, it has a much longer useful life than a traditional FEP.
Performance never seen before
With UltraFEP (?) dual lamination technology, it is able to guarantee UV light absorption rates that are 50% to 80% lower than traditional FEPs. Then more energy reaches the resin for faster curing.
